This is a show stopping thriller in the shade garden or planter. I have deep shade on my front porch and it is fantastic every year! The leaves are so large and stunning in my large pots, they look terrific with bright lime sweet potato vine, caladium, miniature ferns, and new guinea impatiens. I will definitely buy more this year! Get one and enjoy!!
Pegasus® Begonia hybrid
- Hardy Zones
- 9 - 11
- Part Shade to Shade
- Mature Size
- 12 - 18 Inches
Thick and deep green, glossy leaves with a silver overlay. Beautiful as a mono-culture that also makes an exceptional thriller in combination planters with vigorous varieties. A great option in areas where impatiens will struggle.
Great in landscapes and containers, in shade to part shade conditions.
Great in part sun to shade conditions. Can be grown in sun with sufficient and consistent moisture. This is an easy and carefree plant. Do not allow to get too dry, regular fertilization is best.
