I purchased 2 Plans: Sombrero® Salsa Red - Coneflower - Echinacea hybrid because couldn’t find them locally. Took about 3 weeks to get them and when opened 1 was good and other was crushed laying over with roots pulled out. Planted both of them ..good one doing find and other had 1 stem that might survive. I did attached pictures and sent them in and response was they would get back with me. Well not yet. With shipping it made each quart plant $27 each which is double what is paid locally. So I will not order again not worth the wait and results.
