This is my first year with this plant and I love it so far. I planted 2 in a large pot with a PW rockin Fuschsia and some celome and sweet alyssum and they are loving their life!! I pinched them back about 3-4 weeks ago and they have tons of new buds! And best of all....the deer have left them alone!!!!

This plant was amazing! I bought it for a container and in year 2 thing exploded! It was absolutely beautiful with all the flowers and the bees seemed to love it! I live in Zone 6, and this thing survived summer temperatures exceeding 110 degrees Fahrenheit and was a champ!

This flower was in the "personal planting areas" of our condo when we moved in about 7 years ago. I tried to kill it with herbicide, but it just wouldn't die. So I have come to appreciate it's beautiful deep blue flowers and hardy nature. However, I confine it to just one area of my planting section. I expect it would do well on a hillside with good sun, and form a beautiful, erosion-resistant section, with color throughout spring, summer and early fall.
