I was disappointed when I received this plant as a gift because I live in Minnesota where it is definitely not hardy for my zone. However I potted it up and in the fall it actually bloomed even though it was quite small. Since it was a gift from my mom I brought it in the house thinking I would probably kill it over the winter with the dry air in my house. However it thrived. I have it in a north window and although I keep it moist my humidity is definitely low. Currently it is blooming again. I am kind of loving this plant.
