Professional Growing Information My one star rating is not for the flower itself, it’s for the inconsistency of how they are shipped. I don’t think it’s acceptable to hard prune a plant in June, then ship it so that there are no blooms available for the season. I received some of these a month ago which were shipped just fine, and then I just received my new order and they were pruned so hard that there will definitely not be any blooms this year. When I wrote to the customer service department, they said that hard pruning is outlined in their guarantee. I didn’t see their guarantee anywhere, and if I knew that plants would come without the potential to have blooms this season, I would never have ordered them.
