Job Summary
Proven Winners® Carleton recognizes the importance of internships when starting a career. Our rotational growing internship will provide interns with the full scope of how greenhouse growing works at Proven Winners® Carleton. Interns will gain knowledge in crop care, production, pest management, plant testing and sampling, greenhouse facilities, and the new technology that we have. Paid positions are available in the fall, winter, and spring/summer with specific dates flexible enough to fit your schedule.
This internship will primarily focus on gaining high levels of knowledge in:
- Greenhouse Growing
- Season Dependent
- Stock and Mother Plants
- Young Plants
- Finished Crops
- Color Choice Shrubs
- Plant Health Identification
- Multiple Irrigation Techniques
- Greenhouse Equipment
- Pesticide Applications and Growth Regulator Applications

Hourly wage: From $17.35 per hour.
