    • LOVE THIS PLANT! I put two of these in my garden back in 2020, and not only did they bloom early for Zone 5, but they KEPT ON GOING. I deadheaded / cut them back by 1/3 in July, and by late August they'd flushed back with as many blooms as they had in May. Absolutely stunning & and go-getter in the garden. I highly recommend them. Saying that, I hoped all the Opening Act phloxes would behave the same, but sadly I bought "Blush", and while the color was gorgeous, it bloomed in spring/early summer and then faded. Nothing but leaves the rest of the season. Interesting how the colors behave differently when it comes to longevity and reblooming.
