Professional Growing Information 
I chose this plant because I no longer have the energy to plant hundreds of annuals each year and I like the idea that the plant doesn't grow too high, but widens out over time. I planted 11 of these plants and they get full sun. Only 5 of them produced blooms for a short period of time although all of them produced an abundance of leaves. I'm willing to give it one more try next year, but would love to know if there is anything I can do to get flowers to produce next year.

This is my first year growing this plant. It only bloomed once but did not rebloom at all this season. The plant itself still has a lovely aroma when you brush against the leaves and it's an attractive tight plant, but was hoping for more blooms throughout the season. I did have in container in full sun.

2nd year for this plant & I am amazed at how full of blooms it is. The bright color adds to much to the perennial bed I began to develop last year. The bees have been quite busy!!! This week, have had several friends inquire about it. One plans to add to her garden next year. Told them my #1 choice in plants is always Proven Winners as never disappointed. Thanks for having quality plants.

I've grown the purple Bee Balm and it's outstanding. So pretty and bees love it. It only grows about 16"-18" tall but it gets wider with each year. Very striking flower. One of these days, I will find a way to make "Earl Grey" tea from it's flowers or it's petals. That's where this British tea comes from. Delicious.
