I hope you don't have to post this negative review, because my bad experience with a purchase of 3 poco locos was not the usual 5 star rating I would give to numerous in-store purchases of Proven Winners plants. 3 online purchases of these plants arrived in good condition, but the next morning, newest growth was brittle and shriveled. Even with placing the pots in shade in moderate temperatures and occasional misting, the deterioration continued until a week later, all 3 were dead. I have to believe these cuttings were not rooted enough nor hardened off before shipping. I am a Master Gardener and loyal purchaser of Proven Winners plants, but will probably refrain from online purchases in the future.

Instant gardens are usually just a dream, but Poco Loco® abelia can make it a reality. This low-mounded plant quickly grows to its mature size and provides color all growing season long. Its glossy foliage is a bright yellow and orange in the spring. For the rest of the season, its foliage retains a healthy green color with pink new growth, complemented by pink flowers.
