Customer – Grower Agreements and Patented Plants List
Below please find copies of the Customer – Grower Agreements between Proven Winners North America and our customers for plants sold by Four Star Greenhouse, Pleasant View Gardens, Nordic Nurseries, and Sobkowich Greenhouses. There are separate versions of these agreements for the U.S. and Canada. A French language version of the Canada agreement is also provided below.
Additionally, below please find a document entitled 2023-24 Proven Winners Protected Plant Varieties which lists all of the plant varieties sold by Proven Winners in North America that are patented, PPAF, PBR granted, PBRAF and/or trademarked.
The Customer – Grower Agreements pertain to Proven Winners and Proven Selections plant varieties shipped or delivered by Proven Winners and the above companies to, or on behalf of our customers, including but not limited to the varieties listed in the 2023-24 Proven Winners Protected Plant Varieties document. All plant varieties shown in the 2023-24 Proven Winners Protected Plant Varieties document are covered by the terms of the Customer – Grower Agreements.
Agreements provided by Spring Meadow Nursery (Proven Winners ColorChoice Flowering Shrubs), Walters Gardens (Proven Winners Perennials), and Classic Caladiums (Heart to Heart Caladiums and Be My Calla) may be different. Please refer to the specific agreements provided by those companies.
